We are so pleased with the work done by Newbury Square. They tore off old cedar siding, soffit and fascia and replaced with vinyl siding and brand new soffit and fascia. Their quote was not only the cheapest but from the moment Bill their salesman came over to give us a quote I knew it was the company we were going with. Bill was so kind, patient and down to earth. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave us so many options to fit our budget. The crew who installed did not only a fantastic and thorough job but they also were so kind, thoughtful of our property, said good morning and worked hard. They put quality work into the project instead of a rushed one. Now we are having them build us a pole barn. They weren’t the cheapest quote BUT their care and concern, matched with giving us lots of options to suit our budget made it a non-brainer- they would take care of us and build us a high quality pole barn. Newbury Square Construction has done an amazing job in our 55+ community replacing siding on our nearly 82-year olde buildings. Newbury provides top of the line workmanship.
